A better first email

Tell us what must be ready for launch.

Work backwards from a permitted first sale. Identify the paperwork, premises, banking, people and records that must connect before the launch team can operate.

Include three useful details

  1. Which dependency controls the first operating day?
  2. What must be ready before signing the lease?
  3. Who receives the final company-document handover?

Keep the first message short

Describe the activity, current stage, intended timing and the help you want to scope. Do not send identity documents, bank details or confidential records in the first enquiry. The recipient inbox is still being configured; the composer prepares a draft that you control.
